The course is in Lithuanian. 

In the course you:

  • Learn what quality metrics are and how to manage them
  • You’ll hear how to involve people in continuous quality improvement
  • You will learn how to calculate employee employment
  • You will try troubleshooting tools
  • You will learn to manage processes visually as well
  • You will receive 7 tips on how to form a quality management culture in the company

There will be no more than 14 of you in this training, so you will have the opportunity to ask questions that concern you.

The Lector

Vaidotas Krencius,  Nortus Business Organization, and Development Manager has more than 6 years of experience in LEAN. Vaidotas worked for more than 10 years in the largest insurance company in the Baltic States, Lietuvos Draudimas, where he gained valuable strategic management experience. For 7 years, he held top management positions in leading manufacturing companies of the food industry Biovela Group and the cosmetics sector BIOK Laboratories. Vaidotas gained practical Lean experience as the head of a Nortus client company, who has made changes in his organization, and now uses his knowledge and experience to develop the Lean consulting business in Lithuania and abroad.
