Business speaks the language of numbers. In order to “manage”, we must be able to self-assess. And how to evaluate what is hard to feel, often only implicit or intuitive? About the challenges and opportunities to measure and evaluate the field of people management – in this course.
In the coourse you:
- You will discuss the needs and possibilities of measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of personnel processes and the most common mistakes in applying personnel management indicators
- You will learn how different types of indicators should relate to the responsibilities and powers of a staff member
- You will get acquainted with the steps of implementing the return on investment model and the possibilities of applying them in the field of personnel management
- In practice, you will try to calculate the results and benefits of individual personnel management programs and projects
- Get acquainted with the main indicators of personnel management and less frequently used indicators of the efficiency of individual personnel processes
The seminar is aimed at:
- For company managers
- For heads of personnel departments
- For everyone who shapes people management strategy in companies
There will be no more than 14 of you in the curse. A certificate is issued to the course participants.
