The training will start with a tour of Citco:

• Tautvydas Poliuškevičius, Senior Vice President of Citco, will share his experience in applying lean finance. How to streamline processes in finance?

In the training you will learn:

• How to standardize work in the finance department?
• How to calculate employee employment?
• How to involve employees in improving financial management processes?
  What are some examples of other companies applying Lean in finance?

The training is intended for:

• Managers and professionals at various levels in private and public sector organizations who face financial management issues in their organization and want to understand how Lean could help.

There will be no more than 14 of you in this training, so you will have the opportunity to ask questions that concern you.

Lean.lt practitioner with more than 7 years of experience in manufacturing and LEAN in Lithuanian and international companies. Certified by Honsha teams. Assists organizations in applying the LEAN methodology and philosophy to achieve better results in the production of furniture, packaging, as well as in investment funds, restaurants, the public sector, the energy sector and port handling organizations. He has led projects in the implementation of LEAN in the organizations of the food, metal processing, textile, technical materials, logistics and wood processing sectors.
