About training:

Customer travel maps help identify users of your products/services and how they interact with your business. When creating this map, you can clearly identify the shortcomings of the marketing strategy, process gaps, and imperfections.

In training:

  • How to map a customer’s travel map and what mistakes should be avoided when creating it?
  • How to use your customer’s travel map to increase your sales and discover new growth opportunities?
  • You will find solutions to your business problems: how to streamline processes and eliminate waste based on the customer experience?
  • How to determine the most appropriate process KPIs based on the customer experience?
  • How to use customer satisfaction and loyalty ratings as your competitive potential?

There will be a maximum of 14 in the training, so you will have the opportunity to ask questions.

The training is conducted by:

Violeta Ališauskienė. More than 10 years in the field of process efficiency. More than 5,000 hours of training. Work with various business sectors: distribution, logistics, real estate development, production, energy supply, e-commerce, and public administration services.

Dainora Maziliauskiene. More than 7,000 consulting hours. More than 3,000 hours of training. Working with various business sectors: retail, logistics, IS (IT), real estate development and construction, manufacturing, energy supply, equipment rental, 3PL services, and e-commerce.
