Specific job responsibilities:

  • Become as knowledgeable as possible on Emerson measurement products (field devices of all types and kinds) and requirements for measurement in industries;
  • Service of measurement systems at customer site (+remote technical support assistance);
  • During the project phase, supervise installations,conduct startups, checkouts, commissioning, and relevant customer training courses;
  • Selection of spare parts and participation in service offers preparation;
  • Be first customer contact during warranty and after warranty services;
  • Make troubleshooting of the problems, recommend solutions to customers complaints/problems;
  • Participate in defining and performing acceptance tests;
  • Proactive identify and communicate Customer’s potential problems, needs or requirements;
  • Complete on time reports to keep management and cognizant customer representatives informed on project performance for Quality and timeliness of functioned performed.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Technical Degree (electrical/electronic, measurement, process industry (chemical, refining, oil&gas, power. etc);
  • Experience with service and/or maintenance of field devices;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the process control industry;
  • Start up and Commissioning Experience in the process automation, control performance;
  • Very good interpersonal skills;
  • Mature personality which is very much self-driven and self-motivated;
  • Creative, driven to solution solving and alternative thinking;
  • Resistant to stress and working under pressure of time;
  • Willing to work in a team;
  • Fluent in English Language – written, spoken, additional Russian language would be plus;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Possibility to travel to customer site within country and as well abroad traveling.
