Combi Works' primary business is in Finland, Estonia, and Sweden and we are actively working also in Denmark, Lithuania, Latvia, and specific smaller markets.
Our manufacturing network is located in Europe and Asia. Manufacturing Services is now looking for two Project Managers (PM) to join our team in Vilnius.

– Leading independently the customer projects / serial production cases.
– Managing the signed customers – building customer excellence.
– Ensuring fluent communications and forecasts with customers, suppliers, and other internal and external stakeholders.
– Managing customer requests of Quotations (RFQ).
– Building Bill of Materials (BOM) and understanding the specifications.
– Quotation cost breakdown analysis/comparisons.
– Design for Manufacture & Assembly reviews.
– Handling daily purchasing and sales operations for projects.

Mes tikimės, kad Jūs:

– Relevant experience in project management /purchasing/sourcing/supplier development experience for 5+ years.
– Strong Supply chain and manufacturing experience within the mechanical engineering / industrial / machine building industry.
– Understanding engineering drawings and best practices with revision control & change management.
– Master’s or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
– Fluent English is both written and spoken; other languages like Finnish, Lithuanian, Swedish, and Russian are considered bonuses.
– Take care of timely deliveries and quality.
– Strong communication skills with external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, and other 3rd party partners).
– Quality and precision-oriented mindset and willingness to seek new solutions.
– Flexibility to react to new situations and adapt to new business/operation concepts.
– Able to work in a dynamic work environment.
– Self-management and Teamwork skills.
