Get Ready To:

  • Sell the Kilo Health wellness products by identifying, cultivating, and closing new business targeting enterprise organizations
  • Build and maintain a pipeline from your own outbound efforts alongside those of the SDR and Marketing team 
  • Develop tailor-made sales action plans, best fitting your target
  • Contribute to improving our sales strategy and sales enablement materials
  • Become a Subject-matter expert in the health and benefits industry

We Expect You To:

  • Have 4+ years of sales and business development experience in B2B SaaS businesses. Bonus if you have worked with international markets or sold to the HR department
  • Have excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Have the ability to create connections and engage with a variety of audiences, including C-level decision-makers
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding quota on a consistent basis
  • Have the ability and willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events
  • Have a strong sense of urgency for reaching set goals and keen to contribute to wider company success.
